Job summary

3Search is seeking a Social Media Manager to own and grow organic social across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok from Mexico City in a hybrid setup. You will craft platform-specific strategies, lead creator partnerships, and align content with major product launches and campaigns to reach a global audience.

You will collaborate with a skilled team of designers, copywriters, videographers, and strategists, applying AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and content versioning.

Qualifications

• Experience managing organic social channels in fast-paced agencies, studios, or in-house teams.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Proven ability to build recurring social content that grows and retains an audience.
• Experience managing creators, influencers, or third-party partnerships.
• Strong understanding of content production workflows and how to shape effective creative briefs.
• Experience working with B2B brands and social storytelling.
• Strong understanding of social trends, platform engagement, and content performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve social content creation, scheduling, and workflows.
• Fluent professional English and ability to collaborate globally.

Responsibilities

• Own, curate, and manage the organic social content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Develop platform-specific strategies with distinct tones and storytelling.
• Position TikTok/Instagram around trend-led content; LinkedIn for thought leadership.
• Develop recurring content franchises rather than one-off posts.
• Lead influencer and creator partnerships from discovery to delivery.
• Create open-ended creator briefs preserving authenticity.
• Collaborate with Social Content Creators, Videographers, Editors, Designers, Copywriters.
• Ensure organic supports product launches and major campaigns.
• Manage timelines, workflows, and external partners.
• Present strategies to senior stakeholders and provide constructive feedback.
• Explore AI-supported tools to boost efficiency and content versioning.
