Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a hands-on Partner Account Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partner programs across the EMEA region. You will manage a portfolio of mid-sized partners, align on go-to-market plans, and ensure successful execution with inside sales, marketing, enablement, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in SaaS, preferably in partner sales.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to meet sales targets and grow pipeline.
• Build trust-based relationships with partner leadership and sales teams.
• Provide guidance and training to improve partners' technical and sales capabilities.
• Coordinate joint account planning and marketing activities with partners and internal teams.
• Monitor partner KPIs and deliver insights to drive improvement.
