Job summary

eTap Inc. is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Senior Specialist in Metro Manila to lead development, performance, and engagement initiatives.

You will design and roll out training, change management programs, and tools for managers, while collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement to drive business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, psychology, business administration, organizational development, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR, organizational development, training & development, or employee engagement.
• Experience in needs assessments, designing and facilitating training programs, and implementing change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational development initiatives and change management strategies.
• Design and implement development and training programs.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and program communication.
• Develop evaluation tools and measure program effectiveness.
• Analyze outcomes against objectives and prepare actionable recommendations.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of junior HR staff when required.
