Job summary

MOTOLITE is seeking an experienced Organizational Development leader to drive culture transformation, performance management, leadership development, and change initiatives across the organization.

The role focuses on designing and monitoring performance processes, developing leadership pipelines, and collaborating with departments on org structure and workforce planning to enable sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, or OD.
• 7+ years in OD, HRBP, or strategic HR roles.
• Experience in performance management systems and leadership programs.
• Strong facilitation, analytical, and organizational design skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees performance management cycle design, execution, and monitoring.
• Designs leadership development and succession planning frameworks.
• Leads organization assessments, job evaluations, and workforce planning.
• Partner with departments on org structure reviews and change initiatives.
• Drives organizational surveys and action planning processes.
