Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. seeks an Organizational Development Specialist to design, implement, and improve OD initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and leadership capability. The role leads mid-level OD projects and partners with HR and business leaders.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning and Development, you will facilitate workshops, support action planning from surveys, and help manage change across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; master’s or OD certifications are an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development or HR consulting.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve OD programs including performance management and culture initiatives.
• Lead mid-level OD projects and facilitate development programs.
• Analyze EOS results and develop action plans with leadership.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and managers to drive adoption of OD interventions.
• Maintain documentation and OD standards.
