Cloudstaff is seeking a Business Associate to support the CEO office and drive operational excellence across the organization. You will translate insights into action, coordinate cross-functional projects, and help maintain robust internal controls.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in business operations or management consulting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with executive leadership to shape strategic initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or advanced business qualification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in business operations, project coordination, or management consulting.
• Experience with executive-level decision-making and governance.

Mansioni

• Support operational excellence and strategic initiatives with the CEO office.
• Monitor performance through reports and dashboards to identify improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Marketing and Operations.
• Manage the CEO's schedule and executive priorities.
