Dyson Philippines is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide analytical and management support for SEA Product Development operations. Based at the Philippines Technology Campus in Batangas, you will help grow engineering capacity and drive strategic initiatives.

You will develop models, manage data publications, and support leadership meetings with senior stakeholders. This role offers exposure to senior leaders and growth within Dyson Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical toolkit; exposure to advanced analytical tools (Tableau, SQL, Python) a bonus.
• Proficient MS Excel, PowerBI and Power Apps skills required.
• Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Delivering core data analysis and decision support for Product Development operations in Philippines.
• Developing models for product portfolio management, resourcing, engineering capability and recruitment planning.
• Driving strategic initiatives across Dyson Philippines with data-driven insights.
• Designing and maintaining programme-level publications and online resources.
• Organising decision-making data and stakeholder documentation; supporting leadership cadence.
