Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily delivery schedules and coordinate across Sales, Warehouse, and Driver teams. The role emphasizes optimizing vehicle utilization and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate has a background in industrial engineering, business administration, or logistics with at least two years in logistics or operations. A strong proficiency in MS Excel and Office is required, along with hands-on coordination

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or Operations.
At least 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, warehouse coordination, dispatch, or similar.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Plan daily delivery, pull-out, ingress, and egress schedules while maximizing vehicle and manpower utilization.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Drivers, and On-Call Teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
Monitor schedule changes and resolve operational issues promptly.
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate logistics records.
Coordinate purchases, payments, permits, and other operational requirements.
