The role emphasizes hypothesis-driven problem solving, strategic deployment, and developing playbooks to standardize leading practices; travel is anticipated <30% and base location is flexible within EMEA.

Qualifications

• Solve complex operations problems by building a robust hypothesis and plan in collaboration with business unit teams.
• Develop strategies and approaches to fulfill complex operational project assignments.
• Support development of robust strategic plan.
• Benchmark and identify key trends across markets, industries and competitors.
• Create analytical models to address key operations questions and translate output into clear stories.
• Lead the overall fact-based creation and communication process.
• Develop playbooks and maturity models to standardize best-in-class practices.
• Establish, monitor and coordinate effective execution of projects with strong PM framework.
• Contribute to professional development of the larger operations team.
