Job summary

RCBC is seeking an experienced risk professional to lead the Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework across the Bank and its subsidiaries. You will support the Head of Business Operational Risk Department to adopt ORM best practices using appropriate tools, thereby strengthening risk and control awareness and reducing losses.

You will develop and implement the ORMF, policies, and monitoring tools like RCSA, KRI, and CST for effective oversight by Senior Management and ROC.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business or finance required.
• Minimum 5 years in Banking Operations, Operational Risk or Audit.
• Experience with risk assessment techniques applicable to banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of BORD to implement ORM best practices across the Bank and subsidiaries.
• Develop and monitor ORM framework, policies, and tools suitable for business and regulatory requirements.
• Lead development of RCSA, KRI, and CST monitoring and reporting for Senior Management and ROC.
• Review operational risks and controls across business lines; conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions.
