• Risk Assessments: Lead processes like Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) to spot vulnerabilities.
• Incident & Loss Tracking: Monitor operational loss events, track incident data, and build KRIs.
• Reporting: Prepare executive and board-level risk reports for senior management and risk committees.
• Stakeholder Support: Advise departments on root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and regulatory compliance.
