Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a seasoned Strategy & Analytics professional to drive feasibility analyses, budgeting, and performance tracking across the Expansion department.

You will build quantitative models to compare actual costs against budgets and partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver financial improvements. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in strategy/finance, strong Excel and Google tools, and excellent communication in English and Filipino,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, industrial engineering, finance, mathematics, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in strategy, finance, and/or project management.
• A strong track record in strategy and analytics.
• Proficient in MS Office and G Suite; especially Excel, Sheets, Slides.
• Excellent critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English and Filipino communication abilities.
• Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure and Travelling.

Responsibilities

• Determine feasibility of initiatives via quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Create quantitative analyses and models to evaluate actualized costs versus budget at multiple levels.
• Monitor the P&L of the Expansion department and its verticals.
• Prepare plans to track, monitor, and evaluate performances at individual, team, and department levels.
• Monitor and implement changes to the budget and performance KPIs of the department.
• Coordinate directly with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefits to meet annual targets.
