Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst to own monthly P&L actuals, rolling forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and timely management reporting for our business units.

You will partner with Finance and business leaders to validate assumptions, highlight risks and opportunities, and drive forecasting improvements and reporting automation. The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and clear communication with senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Audit, Financial Planning, Budget Management, or similar role.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• CPA/CMA certification is a plus.
• Strong numerical proficiency and Excel expertise.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly P&L actuals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. budget vs. forecast vs. prior year).
• Build and maintain rolling forecasts and annual budgets at P&L level.
• Partner with business unit leaders to gather inputs and challenge drivers.
• Prepare management reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within P&L performance.
• Support forecasting process improvements and reporting automation.
