Overview

Role focuses on managing operational excellence projects, analyzing impact, and designing processes to support SPX Express operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational excellence projects through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis for measuring projects' impact
• Design and document operations process flow to support operations
• Benchmark and analyze competitors' processes and recommend improvement for internal processes
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management/Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years experience in Project Management preferably in the same industry
• Great track record of successful project management is required
• Preferably with logistics or route planning experience
• Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Filipino
• Knowledge in Tableau, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple objects
• Must be willing to station in Podium, Pasig office
