MicroSourcing is hiring a Material Buying Planner in Quezon City, Philippines, for onsite night shift and full-time work. The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing and a Business degree. You will issue and track purchase orders, verify deliveries, and coordinate with Inventory and Logistics to ensure timely production materials.

The position emphasizes accuracy, data entry, and collaboration across teams, with opportunities to grow in procurement and ERP systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders
• Ensure all issued purchase orders are approved and confirmed
• Verify that ordered items are received in full
• Confirm that orders are delivered on time
• Collaborate closely with Inventory Specialists to ensure sufficient material for production
• Coordinate with logistics for order pickup when required
• Run monthly purchase reports
• Understand minimum order requirements, limited space, cash flow, and shelf life of ingredients

Responsibilities

• Issue PO
• Make sure all issue PO are approved and confirmed
• Make sure ordered item, received in full
• Make sure orders delivered ontime
• Work closely with Inventory specialist to make sure production will have enough material to run
• Work with logistic if order need to be picked up
• Run monthly purchase report
