MicroSourcing is seeking a Material Buying Planner for night shift at our QC-based site in Libis, Philippines. You will issue and track POs, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate with Inventory and Logistics to support production with adequate materials. Strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity are essential.

Responsibilities

• Issue PO
• Make sure all issue PO are approved and confirmed
• Make sure ordered item, received in full
• Make sure orders delivered ontime
• Work closely with Inventory specialist to make sure production will have enough material to run
• Work with logistic if order need to be picked up
• Run monthly purchase report
• Make sure to understand Minimun Order Requirement, Limited Space, Cash Flow, and Shelf Life of ingredient

Prior Experience

• Min 3 years in manufacturing
• Education – Bachelor Degree in Business
• Strong attention detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Data entry and record keeping
• Order Management
• Proficient in Excel and able to learn how to use our ERP
• Good communication skill
