Job summary

You will analyze trends, develop segmentation strategies, monitor initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure profitability and regulatory compliance, all within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; statistics or mathematics background encouraged.
• At least 3 years in marketing, strategy, analytics, or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of Databricks, SQL, and Python for data extraction and reporting.
• Strong analytical, MIS, and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, portfolio, market, and industry trends to generate insights for strategic planning.
• Monitor initiatives and program performance; propose strategies to improve revenue and engagement.
• Prepare KPI dashboards, MIS reports, and scorecards to support data-driven decisions.
• Develop portfolio and customer segmentation strategies to drive profitability and acceptable risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support policy, process, and system enhancements.
