Job summary

Servicio Filipino, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities, equipment, and building systems. The role ensures resources, manpower, materials, tools, and contractors are aligned to complete work safely and on time.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or Facilities/Maintenance Management, with experience in work order management, planning, and proficiency in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Maintenance Management, or related field.
• Experience in maintenance planning, facilities management, or property management is preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Experience in work order management and maintenance scheduling.
• Basic knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, facilities, and building systems.
• Review, prioritize, and schedule corrective maintenance and work requests based on urgency and resources.
• Prepare detailed maintenance work plans, including manpower, tools, materials, permits, and duration.
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, suppliers, and other departments for timely completion.
• Monitor maintenance activity status and provide regular updates to management.
• Track outstanding work orders and follow up on delays or incomplete maintenance.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance work, parts, manpower, downtime, and completion status.
• Monitor equipment maintenance history and identify recurring problems needing improvements.
• Coordinate availability and procurement of spare parts, tools, and other maintenance needs.
• Assist in preparing purchase requests and monitoring related purchase orders.
