You will own the journey, use Sales Navigator and Apollo for enrichment, track activity, and contribute ideas to messaging and sequencing based on performance data.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B LinkedIn outreach and lead generation experience with real examples.
• Excellent written English with natural, non-AI tone.
• Strong Sales Navigator lead-listing and targeting skills.
• Skilled in personalization blending templated and bespoke messaging.
• Experience with contact enrichment tools such as Apollo.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for pipeline and activity tracking.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong strategic input and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Sales Navigator lead lists.
• Send connection requests and outreach messages using templates.
• Personalize messaging when templates don’t land.
• Hold natural conversations with engaged prospects.
• Capture verified contacts and consent using tools.
• Log activity in tracker: status, stage, outcomes, and consent.
• Maintain list hygiene by withdrawing stale requests.
• Suggest improvements based on performance data.
• Provide strategic ideas for targeting and sequencing.
