Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. in Manila is seeking a Senior SLA and Vendor Lead to manage SLAs, contracts, and supplier relationships across its data center operations.

You will partner with Engineering, Projects, Legal, and Finance to define performance metrics, oversee vendor selection, and drive risk management and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in vendor management, SLA management, or contract administration.
• Experience with contract negotiation and monitoring SLAs.
• Familiarity with data center operations and maintenance lifecycle.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and procurement practices.
• Ability to report and analyze data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define, negotiate, and finalize SLAs and KPIs for critical vendors.
• Lead end-to-end vendor performance management and reviews.
• Own TORs, scopes of work, and RFPs for projects and services.
• Govern contract lifecycle management and risk-mitigating strategies.
• Lead supplier selection, onboarding, and due diligence.
• Develop a strategic vendor management plan aligned with goals.
• Assess vendor capacity and manage resource allocation.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to vendors.
