Bachelor's degree in Law and Bar examination completed in the Philippines.
4–5 years of corporate legal experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in contract negotiations and high-value agreements; litigation experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and provide opinions, memoranda, and strategic advice to management.
Draft pleadings, contracts, agreements, and official correspondence with government agencies.
Represent the company in meetings and coordinate with regulators, legal teams, and external partners.
Review and monitor contracts to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
Identify legal risks and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
