Job summary

The successful candidate will have a JD or LLB with Philippine Bar eligibility and at least two years of legal experience in financial services or asset management.

Qualifications

• Holds a Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws with Philippine Bar eligibility.
• At least two years of legal experience, preferably in financial services or asset management.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts and templates.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely legal advice to protect ATR Asset Management's interests.
• Manage contracts, templates, and corporate documents to minimize risk.
• Support regulatory filings, governance, and liaison with regulators and external counsel.
