The ideal candidate has about 3 years of legal experience in a law firm or multinational and strong research and communication skills to translate legal risks into practical business guidance for non-legal stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
• Around 3 years legal experience from a law firm or multinational corporation.
• Experience in commercial transactions, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice on business operations and commercial matters.
• Advise on corporate, labor, customs and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research and monitor relevant laws and regulatory developments.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Secretary on corporate governance and housekeeping.
• Provide legal support for disputes, claims, and coordination with external counsel.
• Work with business teams to identify legal risks and provide practical solutions.
• Perform other legal and compliance-related tasks as assigned.
