Job summary

InLife Benefits PH, located in Makati, seeks a seasoned corporate lawyer to support the legal function. You will conduct legal research, draft and review contracts, manage case files, and monitor regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain records of regulations, respond to inquiries, and perform other duties as assigned. Philippine Bar admission and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree holder.
• Active member of the Philippine Bar.
• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Insurance industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide recommendations.
• Draft, review, and ensure compliance of legal documents and contracts.
• Manage legal files, case records, and hearing requirements.
• Monitor legal and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate legal matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain records of company regulations and legal documents.
• Respond to legal inquiries and provide administrative support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
