Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in leasing supervision or similar role.
• Willingness to be assigned in Legazpi City, Albay.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the leasing team, set targets, and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee end-to-end leasing process from prospecting to move-in and document compliance.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies based on market research.
• Foster positive tenant relations and manage renewals and escalations.
• Monitor vacancy rates and run marketing to attract tenants.
• Perform financial analysis to set rental rates and forecast revenue.
• Coordinate with maintenance for property inspections and compliance.
• Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants, with legal counsel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with leasing laws and manage tenant disputes with counsel.
• Collaborate with owners, developers, brokers to align leasing goals.
