Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Cagayan De Oro is seeking a Leasing Manager (for Commercial Spaces) to drive mall leasing operations onsite during the morning shift. You will secure new tenants, maintain relationships, and curate an optimal tenant mix to maximize profitability and align with company policies.

You will lead lease negotiations, renewals, and performance monitoring, while coordinating with mall operations, marketing, and management teams to achieve occupancy targets and sound leasing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in leasing, real estate, retail, or mall management.
• Strong tenant acquisition and lease negotiation experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop leasing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure prospective tenants to achieve leasing targets and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Manage lease negotiations, contracts preparation, and lease renewals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address leasing concerns.
• Evaluate tenant mix and recommend strategies to improve category balance and mall performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities.
• Coordinate with mall operations, marketing, and management teams to support tenant performance.
• Monitor tenant sales performance and ensure compliance with lease agreements and mall policies.
• Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
