HRTx Inc. seeks a strategic Head of Leasing and Tenant Acquisition to lead retail and commercial leasing operations in the Olongapo area. This on-site role drives occupancy, tenant mix strategy and major lease negotiations.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in leasing with leadership experience, a strong brand network, and proven occupancy growth across markets including Tarlac regions.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in retail/commercial leasing, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong network with national and regional brands, F&B operators and tenants.
• Proven record of achieving high occupancy and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the leasing and tenant acquisition team.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies for retail and commercial properties.
• Define tenant mix strategy aligned with market demand.
• Drive occupancy targets, revenue growth and portfolio performance.
• Establish relationships with key brands, tenants and brokers.
• Oversee lease negotiations, renewals and major deals.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and property management.
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs and mentor staff.
• Prepare executive reports and present leasing performance to senior management.
