Job summary

ADEC Innovations PH - Careers seeks a seasoned Corporate Learning lead to manage and deliver strategic learning initiatives across the organization. You will oversee new hire orientation, design training modules, and coordinate programs to boost knowledge, skills, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Corporate Learning or similar role.
• BPO industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conducts Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
• Facilitates employee training programs and sessions to meet development goals.
• Designs and develops training modules using instructional tools and research.
• Evaluates training effectiveness using Level 1-3 assessments for future improvements.
• Organizes internal training courses with subject matter experts for timely delivery.
• Prepares training reports and provides actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Manages learner training records and generates reports for compliance and performance tracking.
• Handles training logistics, attendance, and LMS operations to support coordination.
• Supervises direct reports to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate LMS records.
