Job summary

Vision Express Philippines is seeking a Specialist for Learning & Talent to design, coordinate, and execute learning initiatives aligned with business goals. You will strengthen leadership pipelines, support succession planning, and ensure programs meet performance outcomes.

The role focuses on learning needs analysis, development plans for HiPo, and managing blended learning solutions across multiple platforms and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in Training, Talent Development or related Learning function.
• Certifications (a plus): training facilitation, coaching, or instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and curate learning programs including leadership and soft skills.
• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis using data, surveys, and inputs.
• Develop learning plans for underperforming employees with managers.
• Curate blended solutions: face-to-face, virtual, on-the-job, self-paced.
• Source and manage external training providers and vendors.
• Support HiPo and succession planning with IDPs and readiness data.
• Translate PMS results into targeted development interventions.
