Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the Social Sciences, Psychology or related field; certification in HR, Leadership or Organizational Development.

Responsibilities

• Develop capacity building, leadership development, and organizational wellbeing & development strategies and plans.
• Design and implement programs that ensure retention of staff and leaders, driving organizational effectiveness.
• Develop or contextualize policies, guidelines, and systems for capacity building, leadership development, wellbeing, and change.
