Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of relevant experience in leadership development, talent management, or related field in the BPO industry.
• Demonstrated track record of aligning learning strategies and programs to organizational strategy and measurable impact.
• Willing to travel; home site Sta. Rosa, Laguna or Quezon City.
• Experience designing and executing learning initiatives for senior leaders in global environments.
• Instructional design.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive L&OD strategy aligned with vision, mission, and goals.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs including succession planning and executive coaching.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and HR to identify learning gaps and design scalable solutions.
• Establish metrics to assess ROI, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
• Leverage learning platforms and e-learning, blended learning approaches to enable scalable experiences.
