Job summary

World Vision is seeking an Organization and Leadership Development Manager to lead capacity building, leadership development, and staff wellbeing initiatives in Quezon City. The role focuses on strengthening leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and change readiness in support of WVDF’s mission, with possible domestic travel.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in social sciences/psychology or related field, plus HR/OD certification and 5+ years in HR/organization

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Psychology or related field; HR/Organizational Development certs preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in HR management, organization effectiveness, training & development or leadership development.
Experience designing and implementing blended learning and measuring impact.
Proven ability to lead cross-cultural teams and organizational change.

Responsibilities

Develop capacity building, leadership development, and wellbeing strategies.
Design programs to retain staff and leaders and drive organizational effectiveness.
Contextualize policies and systems for capacity building, leadership development, staff & organizational wellbeing and change, aligned with WVDF strategy.
Ensure approved budget availability for capacity building, leadership, and organizational wellbeing & development programs.
Lead and monitor cross-functional collaboration and reporting on progress.
