Job summary

World Vision in Quezon City seeks an Organization and Leadership Development Manager to design and execute strategies that strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness for staff serving vulnerable children.

You will lead capacity-building programs, coordinate with senior leaders, manage budgets, and drive change initiatives across teams, with domestic travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Psychology or related field; HR/OD certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in HR, organization effectiveness, training, or leadership development.
• Experience designing blended learning programs and measuring impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop capacity building and leadership development strategies and plans.
• Design and implement programs to retain staff and leaders and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Lead organizational development interventions to improve structures, processes, and culture.
• Coordinate with SLT and partners on capacity building and change management.
• Monitor and report progress on leadership and organizational development initiatives.
• Oversee wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives.
