Job summary

PM Consulting seeks a Plant Operations Head (VP-AVP) to oversee all plant functions in a Food/FMCG environment based in Pasig. You will lead production, maintenance, warehousing and quality, shaping strategy and driving performance.

You will ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, optimize processes, manage costs, and develop talent across cross-functional teams, partnering with supply chain and commercial functions to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Food Technology, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong experience leading plant operations, manufacturing, or production in Food or FMCG industries.
• Proven track record managing large-scale plant operations with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in operational excellence, process improvement, and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall plant operations including production, maintenance, warehouse, and quality functions.
• Ensure efficient manufacturing operations while meeting production targets and KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor plant performance, productivity, quality, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory standards.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams to support business requirements.
• Lead plant workforce planning, people management, and capability development initiatives.
• Oversee implementation of safety standards and operational risk management practices.
• Prepare operational reports, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
