Job summary

Macquarie Group in Manila is seeking a Senior Analyst to deliver trusted non-financial risk reporting and insights. You will design and maintain dashboards, analytics assets and reporting packs for boards and governance forums, while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to strengthen risk oversight.

You will contribute to data models, governance processes and automation efforts, enabling accurate, timely risk information and proactive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a financial service-related role with risk reporting/analytics.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical capability with large datasets, data validation and actionable insights.
• Curious mindset in leveraging AI tools to improve risk insights.
• Experience using SQL and data visualization tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Alteryx, Dataiku (or similar) is an advantage.
• Experience providing peer review, coaching or knowledge-sharing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trusted, timely non-financial risk reporting to boards, senior management and governance forums.
• Design, maintain and enhance reporting assets, dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Support senior management and committee reporting with targeted analysis and insights.
• Assist in automation, data quality and governance initiatives to improve risk outputs.
