You will collaborate with home country teams, liaise with auditors, and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance across US GAAP,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience and 7+ years in financial statement preparation or financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA is highly desirable.
• Experience in regulatory / statutory reporting preferred.
• Experience with transitions/consolidation of systems and reconciliations preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP, Swiss GAAP & IFRS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small Financial Reporting team; assign work and monitor activities.
• Perform performance management and career development for staff.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements per regulatory guidelines.
• Interact with clients, external auditors, and senior management as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and escalate issues with home country counterparts.
