Our Clients in Manila seeks a Finance Analyst to assist in preparing monthly financial statements, conduct variance analysis, and support audits. You will help identify key business drivers and ensure accurate reporting for management reviews and external reporting.

You will collaborate with Operations, IT, and Finance teams to improve reporting processes and deliver timely financial data for earnings releases and board presentations.

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in Finance and Accounting.
• Experience with a Big Four accounting firm.
• Knowledge of financial statements, reporting and variance analysis.
• Proficient Excel skills: PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or NetSuite is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Conduct income statement variance analysis and identify key business performance drivers.
• Investigate financial discrepancies and implement appropriate resolutions.
• Support enhancements to financial reporting tools and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems.
• Handle ad hoc financial reporting requests from senior management.
• Coordinate with external auditors during monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Finance teams to improve reporting processes.
• Prepare and maintain financial data for quarterly earnings releases, board presentations, and SEC filings.
