Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Lead Qualifier - AMEAPAC, based in BGC, Taguig. You will research, validate, and qualify potential customer and project opportunities across Aggreko's international markets.

Join a Market Intelligence team focused on identifying commercial opportunities, maintaining Salesforce data, and coordinating with Sales on qualified leads. Experience in lead qualification and CRM tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Research, or related field.
• Experience in lead qualification, market research, business development support, or B2B sales support.
• Strong ability to research, validate, and analyze market information, identify decision-makers, and uncover opportunities.
• Proficient in customer engagement, stakeholder communication, CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), and Excel.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, AI tools, online research platforms, commercial databases, and digital prospecting.
• Exposure to tender/procurement monitoring and experience in energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Research & Qualification using AI-supported tools and databases.
• Project Validation: verify status, timelines, stakeholders, requirements.
• Contact Identification: locate relevant decision-makers and contacts.
• Customer Engagement: email/phone to verify info and support leads.
• Tender & Supplier Portals: monitor opportunities and coordinate with Sales.
• Sales Coordination & Follow-up: assign leads and track outcomes.
• Market Intelligence: monitor announcements and industry developments.
• Salesforce & Reporting: maintain data and report progress.
