Job summary

Aggreko plc in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Lead Qualifier for AMEAPAC to research, validate and qualify potential customer and project opportunities across Aggreko's international markets.

You will lead research, identify decision makers, manage tender portals, coordinate with Sales, and maintain Salesforce records to monitor progress in a fast-paced, energy-focused business environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience in lead qualification, market research, or B2B support.
Strong ability to research, validate and analyze market information.
Proficient in customer engagement, CRM systems (Salesforce) and Excel.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, AI tools and online research platforms.
Exposure to tender/procurement monitoring in energy/industrial sectors (advantage).

Responsibilities

Lead research and qualification of opportunities using AI-supported tools and databases.
Verify project status, timelines, stakeholders and requirements.
Identify and verify decision-makers and customer contacts.
Engage with customers via email or phone to verify info and qualify leads.
Monitor tender portals and coordinate with Sales on opportunities.
Assign qualified leads to Sales and track progression in Salesforce.
Monitor market announcements and industry developments for opportunities.
Maintain accurate Salesforce data and provide regular qualification updates.
