Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent understanding of land valuation, zoning laws, and property documentation processes.
• Strong network of contacts within the real estate and local government sectors.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement land acquisition strategies in line with growth plans.
• Identify and evaluate potential land sites via market research and site visits.
• Conduct due diligence, including title verification, zoning compliance, and environmental assessment.
• Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and conditions with landowners, brokers, and agents.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Business Development for land evaluation and acquisition.
• Prepare business cases, financial analyses, and management reports for acquisitions.
• Maintain and update landbank inventory and document land titles and deeds.
• Build and sustain relationships with landowners, local government units, and regulators.
• Monitor land use trends and government land policies.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the landbanking team to meet performance objectives.
