Responsibilities

  • Prepare business cases, financial analyses, and management reports for acquisitions.
  • Maintain and update landbank inventory and document land titles and deeds.
  • Build and sustain relationships with landowners, local government units, and regulators.
  • Monitor land use trends and government land policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the landbanking team to meet performance objectives.

Job Summary

Landbanking Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's landbanking activities, property acquisition, sales and negotiations with brokers, buyers, sellers and government agencies; manages on-site activities such as construction or improvements; supports marketing initiatives requiring creativity and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities
