Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's labor relations strategy aligned with business goals and legal requirements.
• Lead collective bargaining negotiations with labor unions to establish or renew CBAs.
• Serve as a primary contact for employees on labor matters and resolve grievances.
• Stay updated on labor laws and advise management and HR on compliance and risk.
• Facilitate discussions and mediate conflicts between management, employees, and unions.
• Conduct training sessions for managers and staff on labor laws, CBAs, and rights.
• Analyze labor relations data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Advise group leaders and supervisors on handling employee issues and conduct interpretations of company rules.
• Coordinate with legal and other departments on sanctions and responses to controversies.
