Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, Inc. seeks a Labor Relations Officer to lead strategic employee and labor relations initiatives across all commissary sites. The role ensures compliance with labor laws, handles sensitive cases, and supports HR in shaping LR strategies.

Hybrid work in Canlubang, Laguna is available. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in labor relations, with strong stakeholder and vendor management, and a background in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• IR Certification is an advantage.
• At least five (5) years of solid experience in labor and employee relations.
• Experience creating and facilitating employee relations activities.
• Preferably experience in manufacturing or similar industry.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Strong clerical and administrative capabilities with written and verbal communication.
• Willing to do fieldwork or site visitations as required.
• Hybrid work setup in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement strategic employee and labor relations initiatives.
• Maintain industrial peace and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Serve as consultant/SME in administrative cases (pre-investigation to decision).
• Handle sensitive labor cases and lead CODI for SH cases.
• Develop and deliver LR training modules.
• Represent the company in hearings at DOLE, NLRC, and similar venues.
• Maintain labor case database for leadership reporting.
• Review service agreements and scorecards with Corporate Purchasing.
• Coordinate LR budget projections and monitor expenditures.
