Job summary

Confidential is seeking an HR Supervisor to lead employee engagement and relations, advise managers on conduct and labor concerns, and align HR initiatives with business goals in Canlubang, Laguna.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of HRBP experience, preferably in food manufacturing. The successful candidate will manage HR programs, budgets, recruitment, and training records onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years HRBP experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of employee engagement, employee relations, labor relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, job evaluation, and job analysis.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Willing to work full onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Leads employee engagement and employee relations initiatives.
• Advises managers on the Code of Conduct and labor-related concerns.
• Supports labor law compliance and government-led learning programs.
• Develops and manages HR programs and budgets.
• Supports workforce planning, competency matrices, and job evaluation activities.
• Leads recruitment and hiring for key positions.
• Maintains training and employee development records.
