Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, a subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, seeks an HR Business Partner Specialist to provide comprehensive HR support to our Laguna-based team.

You will champion employee engagement, guide managers on the Code of Conduct, coordinate recruitment and development programs, and ensure accurate HR documentation and labor-law compliance, with on-site work in Canlubang, Laguna.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant HRBP experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HR areas including engagement, relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, compensation, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee engagement initiatives and programs across accounts.
• Guide managers on the Code of Conduct and fair implementation.
• Develop and manage HR programs within allocated budgets.
• Oversee workforce planning and proper documentation.
• Support job competency matrices and documentation accuracy.
• Lead recruitment from interviews to timely hiring.
• Maintain and verify training records for development programs.
