Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, or FMCG roles.
• Strong relationship management and commercial negotiation experience.
• Solid knowledge of sales fundamentals, planning, and execution.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for mutual growth.
• Develop and execute customer/category business plans.
• Lead customer selling and commercial negotiations to drive sales and growth.
• Own customer KPIs including sales achievement, growth, distribution, cycle plan execution, and other commercial measures.
• Ensure promotions, launches and other activities are executed effectively.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and other teams to deliver initiatives.
• Support effective order-to-cash execution and customer engagement strategies.
