Job summary

Nestlã© in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Manager to lead key accounts and drive profitable growth. You will develop customer category business plans and model the Nestlé way of selling and negotiating to secure strong execution.

You will identify opportunities, execute orders to cash, and collaborate with CCSD, Supply Chain and Marketing to align on corporate and customer strategies.

Responsibilities

• Find customer opportunities to support and build customer plans and initiatives
• Drive selling, negotiation, and execution of the customer plans (commercial and operational level)
• Accountable for the achievement of Customer Category KPIs (Sales Ach, Growth, CTS, Cycle Plan Execution, Distribution, etc)
• Execute the order to cash process and customer engagement strategy
• Collaborate with CCSD, Supply Chain & relevant Marketing team on Corporate & Customer Category
