Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead QA and Release teams within our Murex-focused delivery practice. You will run governance rituals, schedule meetings, capture minutes and actions, and drive follow-ups to closure across cross-stream teams.

You will track QA requests, dependencies across Dev, QA, Config and Ops, maintain release documentation on Confluence/SharePoint, and produce consolidated status dashboards for senior management while supporting workload coordination and PMO

Qualifications

• Run governance rituals: schedule cross-stream meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and actions, and drive follow-ups to closure.
• Track cross-stream QA support requests across business and IT streams; monitor status and drive timely resolution.
• Track dependencies across streams (Dev, QA, Config, Environment, Ops, Production Support) and escalate blockers proactively.
• Maintain and continuously improve process documentation (release processes, binary patch workflow, QA support intake) on Confluence/SharePoint.
• Produce consolidated status reporting and dashboards for senior management, including risk and issue tracking.
• Support the Release & QA Management lead with workload coordination and ad-hoc PMO activities.
