Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in software quality assurance, including 3+ years in supervision or management.
• Strong expertise in QA methodologies, test strategy, and best practices across manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking, test management, and automation tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts; define career paths and provide coaching.
• Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and metrics for testing types.
• Oversee end-to-end testing across multiple projects and releases.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and BA teams to ensure clear acceptance criteria.
• Represent QA in Agile ceremonies and governance forums; report quality metrics to leadership.
