• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, and organizational alignment.
• Drive transformation of systems, services, and technology environments.
• Develop and refine project management guidelines and ensure adoption.
• Partner with delivery teams to embed best practices.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to strengthen governance maturity.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional governance initiatives.
• Provide informed recommendations based on emerging trends.
• Implement mechanisms to capture, curate, and share institutional knowledge.
• Foster collaboration and communities of practice.
• Maintain accurate governance documentation and audit trails.
• Deliver executive-level reporting to senior leaders and oversight groups.

Job Purpose

This role is central to strengthening compliance, improving operating models, and enabling technology and process transformation across the organization.

You will influence senior stakeholders, uplift project and supplier governance, and embed knowledge-sharing practices that improve accountability, transparency, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Policy Leadership

Establish, implement, and continuously enhance governance frameworks and operating structures.

Define clear decision rights, authorities, policies, and procedures.

Ensure alignment with regulatory obligations and industry best practices.

Drive standardization of governance forums and controls.

Process Design & IT / Operating Model Transformation

Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, and organizational alignment.

Drive transformation of systems, services, and technology environments.

Develop and refine project management guidelines and ensure adoption.

Partner with delivery teams to embed best practices.

Continuous Improvement & Strategy

Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to strengthen governance maturity.
