Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in Makati City seeks a Technology and Cybersecurity Governance Manager to lead engagements on information security, governance, and resilience. You will tailor work programs, guide teams, and manage client expectations to deliver within scope, time, and budget.

In this hybrid role, you will mentor staff, conduct technical briefings, and collaborate with engagement leaders to ensure high-quality outcomes across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business consulting, IT assurance, technology risk, information security or resilience management.
• Strong understanding of information security, cybersecurity governance, IT controls, technology risk, and resilience frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to briefing clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee low- to medium-complexity consulting engagements related to technology, information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, and resilience management.
• Develop and tailor work programs, methodologies, and deliverables based on the client's business and technology environment.
• Lead project execution and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of engagement outputs.
• Conduct technical briefings and provide guidance to engagement teams on project requirements and methodologies.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and effectively manage client expectations throughout the engagement.
• Coordinate with engagement partners, senior managers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to improve technical capabilities and overall performance.
